New update for the Truma App (4.14.3) and Truma iNet Box (2.14.00)

This version is for app optimisation and minor bug fixes.

solved Info to all Xiaomi users: Despite extensive testing on our part, there are currently still problems on Xiaomi devices. If you have not yet installed the app update, please wait. We are working hard on a solution and will inform you as soon as the problem has been solved.

Update 14.10.22: If any of you Android users already have the latest version installed and it doesn’t work, you can go back to the previous version 4.10.0 via this link

With this version, the app will work as it did before the update.
It is important that you perform the following steps:

  • uninstall the previously installed Truma App
  • then use the link to download the APK file of version 4.10.)
  • open and install the APK file from your files (downloads)
  • deactivate automatic updates for the Truma App via the Playstore

  1. The Truma Inet box update 2.14.0 cannot be installed . After 20 minutes update to 100% there is an error and he starts all over again until after 20 minutes updating the same error occures. Very frustrating!!!

  2. Hi!

    Since the this 2.14.00 version iNet box is messing with the Truma Aventa Compact Plus connected to iNet box. When setting heating on remotely iNet sets AC on although it’s not selected to be on.
    I have Alde system.

    • Hello Hese,
      the solution depends on how the TIN cables are connected to the device. Is the AC connected to TIN 1 on the iNet Box, you can only select “heating” in the app. There won’t be a seperate registry for cooling. In this case, the system decides, which device need to run for reaching the setup temperature.
      If the AC is connected to TIN 2 on the iNet Box, you will a a separate registry in the app for the cooling-mode.
      Best ist, you plug it to TIN 2 an run the device search in the app (setup – device manager – TIN devices).

        • Hello Hese,
          thanks for your feedback. I will discuss this with the app team. Since we haven’t changed this part of the feature, I assume this shouldn’t occur. However, we are checking it again and I will inform you later this week.
          One other thing you could try: restart the Alde Panel. Does this change anything?

  3. Hello
    I am new to truma INet x and immediately have A problem. INet x I saying I cannot use the app before the system is updated. But the update is not succeeding. It gives the error that update failed and will return to old version. Tried with iOS 16 and 15. What to do?

      could you please name us the fabrication number of your panel. This information can be found at the back of the hardware and also in the menue (device manager).

        Firmware version 2.4.52.1

        When trying to update, the panel is saying:” this device is running v and you can install v now “. And the next message is “error during update installation. Could not install update because of invalid update data. The old version is running “

          It seems like the control panel isn’t able to proceed any kind of update. The hardware needs to be replaced. Therefor please contact your dealer.

          • Hello, my dealer has contacted you few weeks ago already and so far they do not have an answer when you can send the new panel. I am very disappointed for the slowness of your service especially when the car and the panel is totally new! Could you please speed up the service and replacement?

            I am sure that your dealer is in contact with my colleagues. I can’t speed things up without more information.
            We need to know which dealer, which panel, etc. But this blog is not the place for that. Please ask your dealer for confirmation of the delivery date.
